Thick build epoxy zinc-rich primer is an epoxy zinc-rich primer with thick coating properties.
The thickness of 70¦Ìm¡«80¦Ìm can be reached by airless spraying at one time. The ordinary ce primer does not have the performance of the thick coating, and one spray is about 40¦Ìm. If it is too thick, the performance of the paint film will decrease. Under the same film thickness, the anti-rust performance and mechanical properties of ordinary epoxy zinc-rich primer are better than thick-build epoxy zinc-rich primer with the same film thickness. Medium and low film thickness, use an ordinary epoxy zinc-rich primer. High film thickness, using thick-build epoxy zinc-rich primer can save a lot of construction costs. But it has higher requirements for spray machines.
